Customization of msstyles

What are the apps that can change Windows 11 msstyles? msstyleseditor on github when saving a file breaks the minimize, maximize and close buttons. Restorator only deals with images and not properties.
The goal is to change the hard drive disk space progress bar colors (partial, nearly full, empty space) in Windows Explorer.

I've seen that. I've looked through the basic google results. Was looking out for people interested in this customization issue, who work with it.

This is an issue that has been wanted by people for many years, so where are the ultra customizers who look into this or know about it? Are they all still on windwsseven etc? I expect there would be many interested in this exact issue because people make sftware like msstyleseditor.

So what I expected from making an account on this forum was a lot of interest, since it would be a very useful feature. There are a lot of Microsoft people who should know this. There is no reason why Microsoft should be so obnoxious as to make it set in concrete and nothing can be done.
