I have files that do not provide a place for me to enter tags or comments in the details Tab of Properties.

There's an app called: FileMeta: Releases · Dijji/FileMeta

1) Install it using the msi file.
2) Open the app.
3) Scroll down to .FCStd
4) Click it, and above the "Add File Meta Handler" button, Select: Simple
5) Then press the "Add File Meta Handler".
6) Close the app.
7) App will ask to restart Explorer. Say: Yes.
8) Then now, you have the Comments section in the Details Tab.

I just tried it on "txt" files, and it works exactly the way it should.

You can add Tags to your FreeCAD file with these instructions

To add tags in FreeCAD on Windows 11, use the Tag Dressup feature in the Path workbench. Click on the desired path where you want to place the tag, and then click "Add..." to position it accordingly
