Solved Customizing properties

I have files that do not provide a place for me to enter tags or comments in the details Tab of Properties.



How can I tag these filetypes?

Any extended properties are generally handled by the application that file is associated with.

There's an app called: FileMeta: Releases · Dijji/FileMeta

1) Install it using the msi file.
2) Open the app.
3) Scroll down to .FCStd
4) Click it, and above the "Add File Meta Handler" button, Select: Simple
5) Then press the "Add File Meta Handler".
6) Close the app.
7) App will ask to restart Explorer. Say: Yes.
8) Then now, you have the Comments section in the Details Tab.

I just tried it on "txt" files, and it works exactly the way it should.
