(Replace c: as needed with the partition letter seen in the bcdedit command partition drive letter result.)

(Replace X: with drive letter assign to USB flash Drive.)

The culprit is usually bad RAM or failing hardware. Tracking down the exact cause of Windows BSODs can be elusive.

Sometimes badly coded or obsolete software can trigger Windows boot loops.

This problem only happened when I messed with the secure boot keys in the BIOS, so I am confused why we are going after Windows stuff when it may just be the BIOS settings?

Lastly, as far as the BIOS stuff goes, I must have improperly saved the keys somewhere. I can redo the steps to delete and then reinstall the default keys, but I must use the proper way to save them - which I still do not have. One thing I read talked about going into Secure Boot Mode, and changing the options from changing from "custom to default via SETUP" but I can't find that setting anywhere.
One thing I mentioned a week ago, is that on the SecureBootMenu in the BIOS, there is a slot where you choose "Windows EUFI" or "Other". It was set to "Other" back when the original BSOD's hit, so I changed it to "Windows EUFI". I just got a callback from the tech dept of the company that made my PC back in 2020, and he told me to switch it back to "Other", as back then Windows EUFI was still being developed, and maybe switching back to "Other" would make a difference? It DID, and PC is functional again, though he advised, as you did, to go for a clean install of Win 11, which he said could possible clear all of the EUFI and SecureBoot issues going forward.
