I know this. You don't understand. I want only NVIDIA or Intel running but only one at the same time.

Is this a laptop with nVidia's Optimus technology?
I have no personal experience with it, but I believe that you only get one GPU's output at a time. Some want to force the laptop to use the nVidia GPU all the time, regardless of the extra power consumption.
If you have a desktop PC, and have the monitor connected to the nVidia card. then only that will normally be used. The exception might be for some specialized video processing. (Intel Quick Sync.)
In my primary desktop, I've disabled the Intel iGPU in the BIOS settings, for no particular reason.
