Hi
I had my dell desk top for about a year a SSD super fast enjoying it
but now I notice a little freezing in response time what is the cause of this delay
sometime big delay when searching or hitting enter ?

Just perform clean boot to eliminate startup programs causing the problem.

You could also take a peek at the Reliability Monitor to see if it detected anything. In the search field on the Taskbar type "reliability". The Reliability Monitor window will open; it will look something like this:

If you see red X or yellow caution symbols, click on one of them to get more information. Be aware that like using the Event Viewer, you may see things that look like problems but really aren't. Still, you may see something you recognize as a problem. Good luck!

It's probably down to all the extra 'payload' you keep posing about.

It's been suggested multiple times that you run a malware scan and report back and then you go silent until your next issue pops up...
