I uninstalled several programs.
When I go to All APPS and display all apps, the programs still show up like they were never uninstalled.
Is there any way to delete the apps that were uninstalled and still showing up?

Might be leftovers!
Make sure the program(s) are uninstalled properly, then go to the folder locations and delete the leftovers...

either at: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
or: C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

To uninstall EaseUS programs use the uninstaller provided by them. See website listed below.

they don't provide an uninstaller, what are you talking about? If you mean Revo Uninstaller that's a general uninstaller not theirs.

I was simply quoting their website, which states as follows;

Step 1: Run the uninstaller for the EaseUS programs

It appears that Edwin's solution was a better choice.

A quick way to clean the leftovers is via the Start Menu. Find it and right-click to uninstall.
