Delete unwanted files if OK from file manager

Hello all,
Can someone please help me, I have two folders with files that look rubbish, could someone confirm and perhaps i could delete.
I have attached Pics so that you can see the problem many thanks, Peter.

Where is the files store at is DVD/CD or C: partition?

Doesn't tell us much, but, you have to determine whether you still need it.
I have no idea what the pat_-win- folder is!

Thank you for your interest shown. All of the files and folders in question belong to,
Canon printer.
I have had this for some time now, and was very surprised to see all these files and foders pop up.
I do remember sometime ago I had a malfunction and uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
I have taken a chance and deleted all of the files except the main program, and all is working fine
with the Canon printer And PC.
