Dell Driver Updates Not Showing all updates?

As far as I can tell, everything on my Dell G5 15 laptop is up to date.

I use the Dell Update program to check for updates and I've had a look on their UK website under 'Drivers & Downloads' specifically for my laptop and I'm told that all drivers are up to date.

Using Ucheck to search for updates, shows there are four updates for Nvidia (which Dell don't show) , one of them a major update for the Nvidia graphics driver.

I'm just wondering why this is?

Dell doesn't always keep up with the latest drivers for some of their hardware, but I've encountered no problems at all with downloading and installing the latest RTX drivers from Nvidia (currently v5.81)

I've updated the Nvidia graphics driver and everything seems alright so far.
