I have a dell desktop Microsoft says they have a dell specific update where can download it?

You'll get it through Windows Update. It's already on its way out to people.

not an error it says something went wroung and we will roll it back

Microsoft often downloads and installs those automatically. If something goes wrong, the installation often fails. You need to provide more information so we can help:

1. Which Dell update specifically (copy it from the Windows Update screen) are you referring to?
2. What exact error messages do you see, and when does it happen?

Also, Dell distributes its drivers and firmware through Dell Command Update, so you could try that instead. If you don’t have it installed already, it’s available on Dell’s website (Dell Command Update Universal Application).

Diagnostic data is sent to Microsoft and so it will be corrected in due course.
You get these things occasionally.
