I saw this in Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone, in the section enabled "Let desktop apps access your microphone":

I don't know what "Google Chrouser" is (pronounced "trouser"?), nothing is coming up on the internet for it. I can't even tell how it's using my mic, but I've been having a crapton of inconsistent mic audio issues in team meetings recently to the frustration of everyone (mostly with Zoom).
Anyway, the red text is gone now (says Last accessed date/time now), so what's the deal with this thing?
