Solved Desktop don't refresh automatically with Google Chrome

hi all,
I try any solution but the problem dont fix
any idea?

Right click Desktop > Refresh, or F5
Change users.
Don't think it ever did so Automatically.

in the various solutions of registry keys etc it only worked for a little while, if I click F5 the refresh works

I just noticed now that the problem is only when I save images or files from google chrome

There is no cut and dried answer. There are a number of things you can try, the first being see if the issue happens in clean boot. If it doesn't happen in a clean boot, you have some software conflicting with Windows. You have to use process of elimination to find which one. Make sure you have no corrupt system files that is causing this problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and type
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
When complete, restart. Then open command prompt as admin again and run sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair

Create another user account to test with. Make it a local user with administrator privileges. If it doesn't happen using another account the issue lies in your user account.

If you are using a Microsoft account and syncing your user folders to Onedrive you might consider turning off syncing for the Desktop and move the files back to your system drive. NOTE: the following instructions are for the desktop only. They are not for dealing with all your user folders nor are they to be used for getting rid of onedrive completely.

1. Right‑click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Go to Sync and backup.
4. Click Manage backup.
5. Turn Desktop OFF.
6. When prompted, choose Stop backup.

This will stop syncing, but your Desktop folder is still physically inside OneDrive until you restore it to its default location and move the files into it.

I solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome
