Desktop Icons are Appearing Blank on my Desktop

So the desktop icons on my PC are all blank. I've tried to find solutions online to rebuild the database but it's not working. As you can see from the attachment, I am not sure how to fix this

i am not sure what happpened. I changed the theme a few times and this restored my icons to normal

Did you try opening up a CMD "run as admin" SFC /SCANNOW see if there' s any errors - then re-boot?
