Solved Desktop Icons

I keep having to rearrange the desktops on my duel screen setup, every time I use an app(even games), after I return to the desktop the icons are all over the place.
I have set my Asus VE427 24" as screen 1 Main display, and my XpenArtist pro 12 as secondary.
Note When I use Corel Painter I have to change scaling to 150%(same for win 10), Then back to 100% for all other apps.
I did not have this problem with icons rearranging themselves. on win 10.
What am I missing or is this a Bug?.

Could it be that your computer has the Auto Arrange Icons feature enabled? The Auto Arrange Icons feature is in the same location on Windows 11 as it is in Windows 10, and that is on the Desktop Right-click context menu. When in that menu, select View, and the option appears in the drop-down list. It is possible that the feature got turned on automatically when you upgraded Operating Systems.

I knew there was something silly I missed but I haven't had to reset this since windows 3.1.
Now in view uncheck Align to Grid and Auto arrange, Show desktop icons is checked.

Correction align to Grid is Best checked.
Now back to normal, As I said haven't had to set this for years.

I spoke too soon.
Turned the machine on today and the icons are all over the place again.
will investigate further.
I am more concerned about mail not accepting my details.
Good job I have an old laptop and thunderbird so I can communicate.
Still, it is Preview, we should expect these Funney`s.

Well, it seems to have been repaired and the Calander is back.
Icons are staying where I put them.
Steam looks like it's behaving.
Still, no luck with mail. Gmail and Hotmail working No virgin media but can access via web browser and Thunderbird
