did they change how task manager shows data usage?

I recently noticed that my task manager's data usage-cpu time etc. history tab doesn't remember data across sessions. once I start , it logs correctly but loses data on close.

need someone to check their taskmanager for 10 seconds , please anyone. does it start with 0.01 seconds for you as well?

I can confirm what you're seeing though this is not something I was aware of in the first place.
