No. So when I hit tools -- qr code and the blank screen comes up that is when I hit scan screen. I'll try it. Thank you.

Edwin - do I have the proper sequence as written in my post. I hit scan screen and something moved but shouldn't something be on that blank black screen or is it somewhere else. Followed the sequence as mentioned. Does the scan go somewhere else?

I guess it is not going to happen. I do the tools -- qr code - scan screen and still I see nothing else. I won't waste your time anymore. It isn't going to work for me -- thanks so much for trying - great job.

One last thought - When I follow your instructions, I do not see any text as shown here. After the scan screen, I should see text as shown - I am doing the sequence but if I had that text I would copy into my browser right? That's the hangup. No text.

When I paste into browser it goes to that verification page again. prove you are human - scan qr code.

So you tried on diff versions of Sharex on two browsers. I tried it on chrome as well as FF - still didn't get anywhere.

The help just opens- what to do with a locked account -- you must log in to the account which I can't do. That allows a verify by phone or email.
Since I can't do that, a sub category comes up and I have written them there -- it just goes to another computer. No one is reviewing as it says it is.
No other links on that page. This started about 2 months ago. I still don't know what they see on my system that spooked them into this routine!

Do you not have a phone available? Link works instantly with an iPhone. It's a lot of faffing about to get a PC to read the code when the instructions literally state phone camera. Especially when using the decoded link on a PC doesn't do anything anyway.

Uh no -- that would be the problem. I do not want nor do I need a phone -- The technique used with ShareX gets people to the log-in site as illustrated a few posts ago.
