Hi forum,

Does anybody know how to disable popup message which is shown by GP restriction policy. I have disabled "Registry" access and whenever I click on it the message below appears (SS below). I want to know if there is a way to disable this kind of popups in GP (restriction alerts).

This is the way it is designed to work and I know no way of stopping the pop-ups.It has functioned this way since its inception.

@glasskuter Are you sure?

I think there was a way to disable this message in "Win 7" I can't remember how! I was searching in GP, but nothing was found!

Why are you trying to access the registry when it's disabled?.. the pop-up is proper user notification and should not be disabled.

@Superfly I don't want to access the "Registry"! I have disabled it ("Registry"). I want this popup doesn't appear to users.

A more appropriate message would be enter admin password.
