Other Info
The case fan and CPU cooler were after purchase upgrades...the i7 cpu runs hot and the OE solution can best be described as marginal when CPU intensive apps are used.
ALSO added VRM and SSD passive heatsinks.
create the following .reg and run it.

Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
"SettingsPageVisibility"="hide:signinoptions;"

should only have to refresh settings app, but can restart explorer if needed.

You only need to exit Settings app, to see any recent changes to SettingsPageVisibility.

Thanks for the answers garlin , dacrone and Lou

I also discovered that disabling the Windows Biometric Service works, but as a side effect, Settings get locked when you click sign-in options.
