Install, Scancode Map

Open the app
  1. Click on the Plus symbol The "New" box will open
  2. In the "From" section, start typing "Left Windows" or use the drop arrow to select "Left Windows"
  3. In the "To" section start typing or use the drop arrow to select "Disable"
  4. Select OK
There are usually two Win keys

Repeat for "Right Windows" if you also have a problem tapping that key.

When playing arcade games in MAME emulator, the fire buttons are CTRL, ALT, SHIFT. While pressing SHIFT rapidly, I see an annoying warning if I want to enable sticky keys. Is there anyway to disable this warning without disabling the keys? At least when playing.

Certainly not with Scancode MAp.
Scancode Map is for either disabling or remapping keys to another key function.
