The Paragon HDM Logo has gone missing on the desktop and in the program files see attached file.

In Malware Bytes setup folder a File 10177d has appeared, suspect that should be an icon

Kind help please

Welcome to Eleven @Jxfr  Do you use any cleaning programs? Something that might delete an icon?

See if Thumbnail Previews are turned on

This only happens to the one shortcut? The shortcut still works? The program hasn't been moved? Does making a new shortcut work?

Is this a Malwarebytes false positive issue? If you open Malwarebytes and click on Detection History do you see anything that might have been quarantined?
