Solved Disk Management options greyed out...

I have noticed that some of the options in Disk Management are greyed out:





Chkdsk shows no errors. Those greyed out options become available after running chkdsk, but only briefly. They become greyed out again after sometime.

How do I resolve this?

Those greyed option available for a partition based on select C: partition, you will see those options.
