DISM Error Message: The repair content could not be found anywhere.

I've done a total of three different repair installs using both the WU source and an ISO, all of them completed successfully but the error remains. I can believe it is an issue with versions and telemetry. The logs last show a telemetry error and a deserialization error..

My sfc failed until I did a dism restore health, which failed with the cannot find source files error. Sfc succeeded after that, so dism is successfully fixing that.
