Display all past keyboard entries on my Win11 laptop

I need a command to cause my laptop to display all past keyboard entries to find the name of a file I once downloaded from the web?
Please help! At 88 I forget things!!

From how far back? Can you not look at your web browser history?

...like a keylogger? i dont think that will help you find a file you downloaded. as stated, browser history may, given it is not too long ago. do you know the file type/extension of the file in question? (such as - .exe, .zip, etc)

I used to type something like Download Microsoft Windows 10 pro then maybe .exe but I really can't remember what i added after the word pro.
The amazing thing is that after the download completed, without my doing anything else my laptop speeded up to brand new performance.

Errol. I don’t know of a specific windows cleaner that is called along the lines of “Windows 10 Pro”

There are so many optimisers out there. A lot of which aren’t exactly all safe or trustworthy.

Errol, could you please tell us;
  • What did you do with the file that you think was corrupted?
  • How do you know it got corrupted?
  • If you find the file, are you confident that it’s appropriate for Windows 11?
Windows 11 has changed a lot since Windows 10. Not all optimisers would be suitable.

Have you considered trying the Windows 11 in built optimiser disk cleanup utility?
