The interest here was not to analyze the dmp but to discover whether there is a tool beyond what BlueScreenView has already revealed.

There are two common third party software used for debugging:


1) Blue screen view

2) Who crashed


Microsoft has debugging software: Windbg

Yes, WinDbg, which is the only tool you should be using to analyse dump files, however, no tool is going to give you an immediate answer of "this is the problem" which you seem to be seeking.

You're going to have to put some effort into reading the dump file yourself or request that someone do it for you.
