Do I have to disable Smart App Control now

I have been using two programs for many years and now suddenly after the updates I get today,I cannot run them which I use every day
DS4Windows and a plugin for foobar2000

I disabled that for similar reasons. I run some old software.

Maybe putting an exception for those executables will help.

I don't see a way to do that
DS4Windows is in the real time scan exclude list
