Does disabling Sysmain (Superfetch) make any sense with an NVME system drive?

I have seen absolutely no difference in performance whether it is enabled or disabled, except for one less background service.

From the usage guide, tuning your system section, for SSDs by the people who have taken over Intel's drive business:

In Microsoft Windows 8 and newer, Superfetch functions differently than in previous versions of Windows and should not be disabled for the SSD.

Previous to using the new tools I had Sysmain disabled and Intel's tools check stated 'Sysmain disabled' with a green checkmark.
I honestly can't see any difference with it enabled or disabled, the manufacturers can't seem to agree either way.

Disabling Sysmain makes sense even with HDDs. With HDDs it hurts performance, with SSDs best case it's completely unnecessary because there is no drive slowness to compensate

I think that unless you have a problem or some legit. reason It should be left on and not messed about with
