does fiber optic internet bypass Killer Network services issues?

the ongoing battle against killer network services is getting too tiresome. constant need to disable it to get upload speeds above 1 or 2 mb and it coming back again make me wonder why dell and intel would install such an awful program on a paying user's device.

So I am wondering if I ditch cable and get FIOS fiber optic internet if that will get rid of killer and solve the problem? suggestions and comments welcome I have no need for any alleged benefits for gaming as I do not game.

these corporate whizzes are either mean or ignorant by calling killer that name when it does in fact kill upload speeds.

Way not just disable it permanently or do a clean install of network driver without it?

How to Disable It from Gemini :
    • Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    • Type services.msc and press Enter.
    • Scroll down to find Killer Network Service (and other related services like Killer Analytics Service or Killer Dynamic Bandwidth Management).
    • Right-click the service and select Properties.
    • Change the Startup type to Disabled.
    • Click Stop if the service is currently running, then click OK

Note that when using Services to disable any service, it's susceptible to being re-activated during product updates, as is the wont of many product manufacturers. While an ideal solution, it just needs to be monitored from time to time.

My X99 board has an old Killer nic along with an intel 218 nic. I've had the killer nic disabled (in the BIOS) for probably a decade. It was always having odd, hard to diagnose, issues.
