Are you referring to Lotus 123? I run Lotus 123 v4.0 in Windows 3.11/DOS 6.22. If you are running Lotus 123 does it look like this?

How did install Lotus 123 v4.0 in Dosbox?
Lotus 123 v4.0 for DOS comes on 6 floppies. I gave up trying to install Lotus 123 in Dosbox because I couldn't figure out how to change floppies during setup. That is why I switched to installing DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 using VMWare. Lotus 123 v4.0 for Windows was easy to install that way.
