Drivers backup

Hi.
Some questions about drivers backup :
1) At Windows 11 this bat file will work ?
2) What exactly mean "3rd party driver" ? How we can a backup of all the system's drivers ?
3) How we can restore all system's drivers e.g in case of a clean install ?

A driver issued directly from the manufacturer of the component. Companies like Realtek, Intel, AMD, etc are all 3rd parties.

You do not need to restore all of them. Many are included in Windows itself. Some third party drivers are on the windows update server and windows update finds them. The few that windows does not find upon reinstalling are 3rd party drivers that may not be on Microsoft's servers yet.
Therefore, you only need to back up third party drivers.

According to my research efforts, MiniTool has given us a tutorial on backing up drivers in Windows 10/11, which leads me to believe that @Brink's tutorial will work on both Windows 10 and 11.

As the MiniTool author said, you can always get the manufacturer's latest drivers; however, he/she's named a couple of reasons you may not be able to get/use older drivers.
