Dual boot screen doesn't show.

Reinstalled 11 RTM/GA last night. Today I disconnected my data HDDs and installed 11 Dev from the MS ISO.

Here is where the intrigue starts. While installing, at the reboots, the Dual boot GUI menu appears. After it finishes installing it goes straight to the Dev OS after rebooting. In msconfig if I change the default is boots to the RTN build. Now when I changed the timer from 30 seconds to ten I get a blank screen and after ten seconds it boots to the default build.

Just an update to this thread. I think safe mode is borked in win11 or the Advanced Screen is.
Dual booting was fine, both OSs showing in the boot screen. Tried going to safe mode via the Advanced Screen by pressing Shift + restart. Got to a black screen and pressing the enter key the Advanced Screen flashed open and closed to black screen. Had to power off and on again. Results are :

Hi folks. I'll be returning to an earlier image so no issue for me. The real issue is that when trying to get to the Advanced Screen via restart + SHIFT it boogered boot menu and Advanced Start screen. It's a nasty bug I believe. This is where I get to now with restart + SHIFT.

Hello @NavyLCDR. Thanks for the reply. I've restored to an earlier MR image when I hadn't tried to get to safe mode and all was good. I've run the first command only as it is enabled.

Update again.
It was definitely Macrium boot in the boot menu causing my issue.
Booted up a HP laptop that has dual boot. Last used in July. Left the Macrium boot option in the menu and updated 11 to build 22471.1 Result was a blank msconfig and unable to boot to 10.
Returned to earlier image, removed the Macrium boot option, updated again and all ok. Macrium v7.3
Most probably a Win 11 bug?
