Edge Beta 136, I'm getting borders around menus and also on Favourites folders in the favourites bar
Not happening on Stable 135

Apparently it’s a recent bug, there is another post that was made about it a couple of days ago which contains a link to Reddit and Microsoft of others complaining about the same thing you are experiencing.

I've got the issue on Edge Dev version 136.0.3240.8 (Official build) dev (64-bit) but not on any of the other Edge browsers.
I assume it is a random bug that MS will fix on the next dev build.
