Edge is not and has never been saving my full and complete History

When I go to the History page, it is obviously leaving out a lot of pages. IOW, some pages are there, some are not. Even tabbed pages. Some are, some not. Doesn't matter which version of Edge I use, which OS build/version, restarting Edge or computer, and I recently did clean OS installs, too.

Anybody have an inkling as to why, or what I can try beyond restart/reinstall?

Reset Edge
-Open Edge and click the 3 dots at the upper right side of your screen.
-Go to Settings
-Look for Reset Settings in lwft pane
-Click Restore settings to their default values.
(This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.)

You can also attempt to repair Edge.
Settings>apps>Installed apps> Select Microsoft Edge>3 dots>Modify>Repair
