This tutorial will show you how to enable or disable the ability to take a screenshot and record screen with the Snipping Tool app for all users in Windows 11.
The Snipping Tool app includes a built-in screen recorder and allows you to quickly take and annotate screenshots, photos and other images with your pen, touch, or mouse and save, paste or share with other apps.
If you disable the ability to take a screenshot and record screen with the Snipping Tool app, nothing will happen with users try to Snip or Record using the Snipping Tool app.
Reference:

You must be signed in as an administrator to enable or disable screen capture and record with Snipping Tool app.
