Gaming Enable or Disable Use View + Menu on Controller as Guide Button in Apps in Windows 11

Game_Bar_banner.webp

This tutorial will show you how to turn on or off using the View + Menu buttons on game controller as Guide button in apps for your account in Windows 11.

When you turn on Use View + Menu as Guide button in apps, pressing the View + Menu buttons on a connected Xbox game controller will trigger Guide button actions - like opening overlays - in supported apps. This won't affect system use of the Guide button.
