I try different times but i receive always error 0xc1900101

Open the Setuperr.log and Setupact.log to locate the problem these files stored within C:Windows\Panther folder.

Are you upgrading from using Windows Update?

Execute Sfc /scannow command.

Disable (preferrably uninstall) antivirus software.

Try upgrading from new user account.

Free up disk space in Windows.

If you have any external devices attached to the machine, disconnect them (example, gaming controllers, USB keys, external hard disk, printers, non-essential devices).

Seems to be finding a duplicate user profile and can't save to windows.old. Second the try from another user account and sfc.

Have you done anything like create junction points for your user data?

Thank but i have only one user profile.
I have a lot of space in my hd c
I try also to reinstall windows 10 with procedure "Repair Install of Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade"
I dont have junction points
I run sfc
I try again and always same error
I enclosed again logs

In my case i solved change in Bios OS Type form Other OS to Windows UEFi mode

So that is a little strange. Secure boot isn't required for Windows 11. I wonder how having secure-boot disabled led to the obscure errors.
In any case glad you got it sorted out.
