Why do I keep getting this? I know it doesn't hurt anything, but it's a pain popping up all the time. Won't go away. Thanks for your help.

Microsoft errors can be tricky to understand, but each part of them does have a meaning.

The first 4 bits of an error typically only indicate 1 of 2 things. Is it Microsoft or a 3rd party. 8 means Microsoft and C means 3rd party, so we know this is a Microsoft issue. The next part 086 indicates would Microsoft refers to as the facility, or in plain english which component of Windows is causing the issue. Unfortunately Microsoft hasn't updated their error ref guide since 2024 and facility 86 isn't documented. The last part 0010 is the actual error occurring. The whole value is actually represented in hex so 10 in decimal is 16. That error means "The directory can not be removed". So something is trying to remove a directory and is failing. Likely a permission or something is in use that is trying to be removed.

You could search for and download 'procmon' and apply a filter to look for access denied messages, this may lead you to what can't be removed. Assumption is it's a failure of a local resource and not some network resource.

Well, I'm not too worried about it. It comes and goes. I think I've this for a couple of years now. I keep getting notified about it and has become a pain.
Thought may someone had a fix for this.

0x80860010 is ONL_E_REQUEST_THROTTLED

from winerror.h,

Code:
# We want to make sure this is you. User interaction is
# required for authentication.
# as an HRESULT: Severity: FAILURE (1), FACILITY_ONLINE_ID (0x86), Code 0x10

So something is making a bunch of internet requests and is being throttled.

The blank window title is certainly unhelpful. If it were me, I'd get Process Explorer, and use the crosshairs button in the toolbar to try to ID the process making a fuss.
