Event error code. Please help

I'm not very tech knowledgeable but when I run advance diagnostics I get an error code skipping: Eap method DLL path validation failed. Error typeID=55, autherID=311, vendorID=0, vendortype=0. Idk what this means and I'd hope it is connected to my games crashing. As I'm at my wits end I've looked at countless videos and how tos and can not seem to fix my issue. If you can help id be greatly appreciative

I'm in the dark what you mean by advanced diagnostics. On What? Using what application?

@Kol It would help us help you if you would fill out the systems specs in the forum profile. Please give a brief description of what problem you are trying to solve, what is actually happening, and what any errors say (if your get errors)
