- What's the exact message? Can you do a screen print?

- Are you managed by an IT Department or is this your own machine?

You need TrustedInstaller rights. Don't take ownership of the reg keys, that's inviting serious risk of user error.

Download and run PowerRun.
This will allow you to open a CMD window with the proper rights to run the command:
Code: 
reg import "Remove - Microsoft-Windows-USBVideo.Analytic.reg"
