Latest Windows build 22621.898. The Windows Web experience Pack was updated on Friday.
I was able to use the Expanded widgets screen yesterday (clicking the arrow to make the panel bigger). Today it's just not there, the arrow is gone.
Restarted PC, no change
Update: As if by magic, it's working again this morning
