Might be a theme issue. I have the same with some windows within WindowBlinds.
A quick re-drag to maximize fixes it.

Looks like you've increased the size of your borders. When you maximize a window, the content area is maximized and the window frame goes offscreen, if another screen is there, it will go over to that screen. Normally this isn't a problem as the Windows borders are thin, but if you've expanded them it can be annoying.

Instead of windows insider version, i installed normal windows 11 pro
