I can't translate, but I believe that screams to me of making Windows 11 like windows 10. Why not just stay on Windows 10?

1. Because Explorer Patcher does not work on Windows 10

2. My previous OS was not Windows 10 (I never used it) but Windows 8.1. But recently Wolfram Mathematica dropped possibility to work under it in its new version 12.3. I cannot stay on Windsows 8.1 anymore.
