I just upgraded from 22H2 to 23H2 on several computers and, on my "primary" PC, spent over 30 minutes going over the Default Apps by File Type list making changes. (Some definitions were kept from 22H2 but many had changed to Microsoft's own apps.) I want to implement these changes on the other computers (including 2 I haven't upgraded yet). Is there any way to export/import these changes? The information is obviously stored somewhere - probably in the registry - but I have no idea where.

I would use SetUserFTA, to export & import the current File Type Associations. Obviously, you should have the same apps on all PC's.

"Primary" PC:
SetUserFTA get > config.txt

other PC's:
SetUserFTA config.txt
