File Explorer is acting strange..

I am running Windows 11, and all the sudden i have this problem.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
its happening with every folder that has video or sound in it, and it's annoying since it's all freezing up till it's done.

Try turning OFF the "type" column.
I too had issues with folders containing a lot of files, if the "type" column was there.

Tried that and does not make any difference.
I have sometimes 4 files , where its doing it,

Seems like its only the media files that are doing it.

seems like the Time length column is the problem. but theres gotta be something global.. i have 100's of folders, and i need to change it for every folder then.. i never had that problem..

I dunno then.
I have tons of files... when I have too many column headings, the list of files is very slow to load.
Any more than four columns causes this for me.
