On my system that I updated from Win-10 to Win-11 I have File Explorer shortcuts on the Task Bar and in the Start Menu that I can edit the properties of with a path to whatever folder I want but for the life of me I cannot get it to do this on my PC with a fresh install of Win-11 with the latest updates. I cannot edit the path/target or the "start in" section, they just take me to This PC. If I create a shortcut I cannot add them to the Task Bar or Start Menu. I cant remember if I had this problem in Win-10 and used a work-around or not.
If I have to I could change habits and put them on my desktop but I would rather not.
