Solved File history missing "C" drive

I have a Dell Pc with 256 GB SSD drive (main drive) with a 1 tb secondary hard drive.
When I check File History, it only shows the 1 tb hard drive.
If I click on Select Drive to try to get to the "C" drive, the "C" drive for my File History does not show up.
See attached.

I believe you are misinterpreting the screen to which you gave a screenshot. F is not the drive where your files are saved from but the drive to which file history would be saved to. You did not include the entire screen in your screenshot, but it appears you do not have file history turned on.
