FileCrypt -> npsvctrig freezes computer, black screen, flashing white square

I started to experience freezes since I have this laptop.
The screen goes black, only a white square flashing occasionally.
I included the log collector results in my posts.
Sadly there is no BSOD, so minidump is not created. I also attach a video when I show the freeze. video
It will happen nearly any time, at most when I'm in a video call, but not exclusively.

The logs were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

From what could be seen there were no BSOD.

The moderator / administrator may be able to move the thread to the general forum.


The notebook had approximately 11 unexpected shutdowns and restarts.

These can come from manual power offs or spontaneously.

Report into the thread whether you've powered off due to hangs and freezes or whether the laptop shutdown and rebooted spontaneously.


The operating system is not a single language version.

If you can modify the language to English during the troubleshooting it may be possible for members to read the log files.
