Files can't be deleted. Keep re-spawning
I have a blood pressure device that downloads to my PC. There is a newer version of the app, so I (hastily) set out to remove all traces of the previous app. The app I want is V 3.2.7 A The top image on this post shows the old version and two copies of the new version. Running either of the v. 3.2.7 copies, results in an attempt to install 3.2.5 A I am stuck in the situation where I can not remove ANY of the files above. Any attempt on either one of them produces the "Another version".... message. There is no Microlife file in the Control Panel Add/Remove and a full search with the "Anything" program doesn't find any files named "Microlife". I don't know what to do next.

Get REVO Uninstaller (free) and install it. See if Microlife BPA shows up in the Uninstaller column.
Download Revo Uninstaller Free helps you to uninstall software and remove unwanted programs easily. Remove all uninstall leftovers and traces

If it does... highlight it and choose Uninstall, then do the "scan for leftovers".
It may be called: Microlife BPA or Blood Pressure Analyzer?
Another thing to try is to re-install the 3.2.5 version... then uninstall it properly, using REVO and scanning for leftovers, and removing them as well.

@Kupuna - Seems that it is the blood pressure device that is re-spawning the data by downloading to your PC. Is there anywhere on the device where you can unlink your PC temporarily and then re-establish the link after updating the app on your PC? Maybe turn off Wi-Fi connection temporarily or turn the device off?
