Are you sure? It's no problem for me to change them back if need be.

When I first clicked on them, they weren't configured either way giving you the boolean option and all, so I don't know if AI has been running on it all along or not.

The article even says to set the first one to false. It's not specific with the second one, but it should be false too.

When you see the word "enabled" in the preference, to disable it, you need to set it to false.

I have been using Firefox since it came out. I would use EDGE before Chrome. Granted Chrome is fast but since MS is getting all or most of our telemetry, I would rather Microsoft have it instead of Google.

These settings fixed the sluggishness for me.

I don't know about the other browsers. Maybe they're not affected.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing those two about:config settings eventually moved to the main menu. Make it even easier to access.
