Forgotten passwords...

I have new laptop and problems with OneDrive that I want to disable. First I want to delete a folder associated to OneDrive that seems to be impossible to delete. I decided to go into SafeMode following instructions on how to do it via RecoveryOptions. However, somewhuere alomg the line it asks me for the intial password and I cannot remember it. So, what do I do now, or how can I reset that password which I assume is the one I chose when I used the laptop first time.

Alternatively, what is the best way for deleting the main folder

C:\Users\open1\OneDrive\Pictures

If you can open the Command Prompt with administrator privileges and execute Net User %UserName% * command and press Enter key twice to reset the password for login user.

I am totally at a loss. While navigating via Recovery Options when I thought I was nearly there it asked me for a key (i thoght it was the one that appears every time I start the pc) but it was something else. It's infuriating:

Maybe I should forget the password for now as I have control of the laptop and ask you how I can delete a folder that seems to be locked due to being connected to OneDrive

I did that with Paint and I had to go down to 20% which became too small....
