Hard to say what but the folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86} are for installed programs, first is for 64-bit programs and second is for 32-bit/x86 programs. Might check in Apps for names that may ring a bell.

Have you recently installed any other software? They look like bloatware that comes with other share/freeware software, that get installed unless you are careful to select a customised installation
Are these 3 separate folders, or a main folder and sub-folders? What files are in these folders - any .exe files?

Not unknown for distributors of nefarious software to disguise the names so that they are hard to identify.
